Listen to this testimony. This is my story — what God did in my life.
Born Into Islam
I was born into a Sunni Muslim family. We were fourteen brothers and sisters. From a young age, I loved Allah — but I also feared Him deeply, because in Islam, Allah can destroy anyone He chooses.
Allah, as I knew Him, did not have a relationship with people. He was not looking for sons and daughters. He was looking for slaves… and martyrs.
Rejected by My Father
One day, my father called me and said,
“Camal, you are not smart, and you’re not good for school. I wish you were a girl — I would have gotten rid of you by now.”
In Islam, a girl as young as six years old can be given away in marriage. That day, I ran for my life and hid in a mosque.
Trained by the Muslim Brotherhood
A group of men found me and protected me. They were called the Muslim Brotherhood. They became my family.
They trained me as a child assassin. They trained me as a sniper. They trained me as a bomb expert.
And eventually…
I was sent to the United States of America—to infiltrate the land of the free.
Broken in America
But one day, in America, I got into a terrible car wreck. My body was broken, and my soul was in pieces.
In my pain, I cried out:
“Allah, where are you?”
And guess what Allah said?
Absolutely nothing.
Encounter with Unconditional Love
As I lay there devastated, a man came to me and said,
“Son, we’re going to take care of you. Everything’s going to be all right.”
He took me into his home.
For the first time in my life, I met a new kind of love
the unconditional love of the Living God.
Through this Christian family, I saw something I had never seen before:
- Generosity without condition.
- Forgiveness without merit.
- Protection without fear.
This was not religion.
This was relationship.
This was love.
Crying Out for Truth
I went home and fell on my knees facing east — toward Mecca.
I cried out with all my heart:
“Allah, my Lord and my King, why have You done such a thing to me?
You’ve placed me among Christians!
If You are real, speak to me!”
But there was only silence.
Despair overtook me. I decided to end my life. I took a gun, placed it in my mouth, and prepared to pull the trigger.
The Voice of the Father
Then I heard a voice.
A voice that knew my name.
He said,
“Camal… my son.”
“Camal… my son.”
“Camal… my son.”
Three times He called me.
Then He said,
“I am the God of your father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Won’t you call on Me?”
The Glory Appeared
I fell on my knees and cried out:
“God of Father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob —
if You are real, speak to me!
If You are real, I want to know You!”
And suddenly — the room was filled with His glory.
He stood there — clothed in radiant white. The very man who had saved my life before…He stood before me again.
He had a tallit on His shoulders — and I realized He was a Jew. The King of the Jews.
I saw the holes in His hands and in His feet.
And trembling, I asked,
“Who are You, my Lord?”
He said,
“I AM He.”
I asked again, “What does that mean?”
He said,
“I AM that I AM. I have known you before I created the foundation of the earth.
I have loved you before I formed you in your mother’s womb.
I am your God. Arise!”
Completely Healed
When I rose up, my body was completely healed —
my neck, collarbone, ribs — all restored.
But that wasn’t the greatest miracle.
The greatest miracle was that my heart and mind were transformed.
I had encountered the Living God.
A New Life
From that day forward, I said,
“My Lord, I will live and die for You.”
And He said to me,
“Do not die for Me, for I died for you —
that you may live for Me.”
Today, I live in the reformation of the Living God.
My life has been forever changed.
I am no longer a servant of fear — but a son of the Most High God.
