I declare that my spirit has been regenerated by the power of the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ. I am born again, not of corruptible seed but of incorruptible, by the living and abiding Word of God. My regenerated spirit is not the spirit of a porn addict. It is not defined by the cycles of failure and return that have marked my battle with this addiction. It is a new creation. The old has passed away and the new has come. And the new spirit within me, indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God, is stronger than every dark force, every fleshly impulse, and every addictive pull that has attempted to define my identity and govern my behavior.
I decree that my regenerated spirit, as the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit, is rising to its God-ordained position of authority and rulership over my soul and body. For too long the flesh has governed the spirit. The addiction has dictated terms to the temple. But the proper order established by God at creation, spirit governing soul governing body, is being restored by the power of the blood of Jesus and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. My regenerated spirit is taking its rightful place. It is being strengthened by the divine power, the uncreated energy, and the life of God contained in the blood of Jesus. And from that position of restored authority, it is subduing the flesh, governing the soul, and bringing every dimension of my being into alignment with the will and the Word of the living God.
I declare that the seed of victory, liberation, and freedom planted in my regenerated spirit by the Spirit of Glory is growing daily, bearing fruit consistently, and progressively overcoming every mental, emotional, and physical dimension driving this addiction. My regenerated spirit is not a dormant, passive, defeated spiritual reality waiting for some future activation. It is alive. It is active. It contains the life of God. It is indwelt by the Spirit of God. And it is more powerful than every force of flesh, every impulse of addiction, and every dark spiritual influence that has been working to keep me in bondage. The life in my spirit is greater than the death in this addiction.
I decree that because greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world, my regenerated spirit, indwelt by the Holy Spirit of God, is the superior force in every battle between the Spirit and the flesh in my life. The Holy Spirit within my spirit is greater than the spirit of addiction. Greater than every demonic force feeding this behavior. Greater than every dark covenant formed through years of pornographic engagement. Greater than the pull of every neural habit loop. Greater than the combined force of every temptation this addiction has ever produced. The One within me is greater. And I live from that greater reality rather than beneath the lesser one.
I declare that the salvation of my soul through Jesus Christ addresses every dimension of the soulish damage this addiction has produced in my personality, my character, and my temperament. Salvation is not merely the rescue of my eternal destiny from hell. It is the comprehensive restoration of my soul, the center of my being, to its God-designed, God-intended, fully functioning wholeness. Every layer of my soul polluted by this addiction, every chamber of my personality weakened by it, every dimension of my character compromised by it, is subject to the saving, restoring, and transforming power of the God who saves to the uttermost those who come to Him through Jesus Christ.
I decree that the blood of Jesus is cleansing my conscience, purifying my heart, and renewing my mind as the three primary dimensions of my soul that this addiction has most deeply damaged. The conscience burdened by years of guilt and shame is being cleansed by the blood that Hebrews declares purges the conscience from dead works. The heart hardened through repeated cycles of sin and return is being softened, broken, and made tender again by the grace of the God who promised to give His people a new heart. And the mind corrupted by years of pornographic content is being renewed by the washing of water through the Word until it reflects the mind of Christ rather than the mindset of addiction.
I declare that the distorted, self-defeating, and foolish thinking patterns that have governed my soul through this addiction are being replaced by the sound mind that God has given to those who belong to Him. The soul that has been convinced it cannot live without pornography is being saved from that deception. The soul that has reasoned its way back into indulgence through corrupted logic is being saved from that distortion. The soul that has been governed by the law of instant gratification, the law of proximity, and the endless dissatisfaction of addictive desire is being saved into the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus, which is the most powerful governing principle available to any human soul.
I decree that the salvation of my soul includes the recovery of every dimension of my God-designed identity that this addiction has suppressed, hijacked, and stifled. I am the image bearer of God. I am the light of the world. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am a new creation. I am seated with Christ in heavenly places. I am a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand. Every one of these identity declarations is a dimension of the salvation of my soul that the addiction has been working to obscure, deny, and replace with a false identity built on failure, shame, and the lie that this vice is an inseparable part of who I am. The salvation of my soul is dismantling that false identity and restoring the true one.
I declare that my body, as the temple of the Holy Spirit, purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ, is being delivered from every physical dimension of this addiction. The neural pathways of addiction embedded in my brain are being rewired by the life-giving power of the blood of Jesus. The neurotransmitters damaged and depleted by years of pornographic overstimulation are being regenerated and replenished by the healing anointing of Yahweh Rapha. The hormonal systems hijacked and inflamed by this vice are being normalized by the purifying, sanctifying power of the blood of the Lamb. And every physical habit loop reinforcing this behavior is being broken by the delivering power that emanates from the broken body of Jesus Christ.
I decree that the delivering power that took away my sins, emanating through the body of Jesus, is being invoked right now over every physical dimension of this addiction. The automatic, reckless, mindless pattern of thinking something, feeling it, and acting on it regardless of consequences, operating at the level of physical impulse and neural habit, is being broken by that delivering power at its deepest physical root. My body is being delivered from the compulsive, impulsive, enslaving physical momentum of this addiction and restored to the God-glorifying, Spirit-inhabited, blood-purchased temple it was always designed to be.
I declare that the blood of Jesus is liberating, purifying, sanctifying, and normalizing my sexual energy which has been hijacked, inflamed, and defiled by this addiction. My sexuality was created by God. It was designed for His purposes. It was given parameters by His Word. And the blood of the One who created it, who established its parameters, and who purchased my body with His own life is reclaiming my sexuality from the hijacking of this addiction, returning it to its God-designed state, and consecrating it afresh to the glory of the God who created it for His purposes and not for the destructive, defiling, destiny-robbing purposes of pornographic addiction.
I decree and declare with the full weight of the regeneration of my spirit, the salvation of my soul, and the deliverance of my body as my comprehensive, three-dimensional freedom framework, that I am being made whole in Jesus Christ. Spirit, soul, and body. Not merely one dimension. Not merely the spiritual while the psychological remains corrupted and the physical remains enslaved. ALL THREE. For the God who created me as a spirit living in a soul housed in a body is the God whose redemptive work through the broken body and shed blood of His Son addresses every dimension of what He created with the same comprehensive, all-reaching, all-sufficient, and all-transforming power of His grace. My spirit is regenerated. My soul is being saved. My body is being delivered. And the God who began this work in all three dimensions is faithful, able, and committed to completing it until the day of Jesus Christ. To His glory alone. True. Faithful. And Amen.
FATHER GOD, LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND HOLY SPIRIT OF THE LIVING GOD,
I come before Your throne right now through the broken body and shed blood of Jesus Christ, the only sufficient ground upon which any human being can approach a holy God and expect to receive grace, mercy, and the transforming power of divine intervention.
I come with the full awareness of who You are and who I am. You are the holy, consuming-fire God whose glory no flesh can endure without permission. I am a struggling, broken, repeatedly failing human being who has no claim on Your grace except the claim established by the blood of Your Son. That claim is enough. It has always been enough. And I stand on it now as the foundation of everything I bring before You in this prayer.
Father, I want to be genuinely honest with You in this moment. Not performing spiritual confidence I do not fully feel. Not declaring freedom as though the battle is already completely won in my daily experience. But honestly acknowledging that the journey toward freedom from this addiction is real, that it is hard, that it has involved failures I am deeply ashamed of, and that the gap between what these declarations affirm and what my daily experience has sometimes been is a gap I cannot close in my own strength.
I bring that gap honestly before You. Not as an excuse for continued sin. Not as a reason to lower the standard of what Your Word declares is possible through the finished work of Christ. But as the honest condition of a person who genuinely needs You, who has run out of self-sufficiency, and who is choosing to trust Your grace over his own track record.
Lord Jesus, I look to Your cross with everything I have. I look at the body that was broken for me and I receive its delivering power over the physical dimensions of this addiction, over the neural pathways, the depleted neurotransmitters, the hijacked sexual energy, and every automatic physical impulse that has been driving this behavior beyond my natural capacity to resist.
I look at the blood that was shed for me and I receive its cleansing power over the spiritual covenants formed through this behavior, over the defiling images deposited in my memory system, over the corrupted thinking patterns governing my soul, and over every dark force that has been feeding this addiction from the spiritual dimension.
And I look at the name above every name that You bear and I receive its authority over every principality, every power, and every dark entity that has established itself in my life through the doorway of this vice. Body, blood, and name. The three most powerful forces available to any human being in any battle. I lay hold of all three right now and I apply them specifically, deliberately, and by faith to every dimension of this addiction.
I pray now for the three dimensions addressed through these declarations, and I pray for each one specifically and honestly.
For the REGENERATION OF MY SPIRIT, Father, I ask You to make the reality of my new birth more experientially dominant in my daily life than the pull of my old nature. I know theologically that my spirit is regenerated, that the Holy Spirit dwells within me, that greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world.
I ask You to make that truth feel as real in the moment of temptation as it is in the moment of declaration. Strengthen my regenerated spirit through the divine power contained in the blood of Jesus. Restore it to its rightful position of authority over my soul and body.
Let the seed of victory planted within it by Your Spirit of glory grow with increasing speed and increasing fruit until the life in my spirit is so dominant, so tangibly present, and so genuinely stronger than every pull of the flesh that the choice of the Spirit over the flesh becomes increasingly natural, increasingly immediate, and increasingly consistent in the actual lived experience of my daily life.
For the SALVATION OF MY SOUL, Father, I ask You to save my soul comprehensively from every dimension of the damage this addiction has produced. Cleanse my conscience from the accumulated guilt and shame that the enemy has been using to drive me back into the cycle of this behavior.
Purify my heart from the hardness that repeated cycles of sin have produced. Renew my mind from the distorted, self-defeating thinking patterns that have made indulgence seem reasonable and freedom seem unattainable.
Restore my identity from the false, addiction-constructed self that has replaced the true image-bearing, Christ-indwelt, righteousness-of-God identity that is mine through the finished work of Your Son.
And save my soul from the fundamental deception at the root of this addiction, the lie that I need pornography to live, that life without it is somehow diminished, and that the divine fulfillment and satisfaction You offer are insufficient substitutes for what this vice provides.
Replace that lie with the experiential knowledge of Your sufficiency that is deeper, more sustaining, and more genuinely satisfying than anything this addiction has ever offered.
For the DELIVERANCE OF MY BODY, Father, I ask You to apply the healing anointing of Yahweh Rapha to every physical dimension of this addiction. Regenerate the neurotransmitters. Rewire the neural pathways. Normalize the sexual energy.
Break the automatic physical momentum of the habit loops. Detoxify every fiber of my body from the dark energy of this addiction. And restore my body to the holy, Spirit-inhabited, blood-purchased temple it was created to be, so that I can glorify You in my body and in my spirit, which belong not to this addiction but to the God who bought them at the price of His own Son’s broken body and shed blood.
Holy Spirit, seal all three dimensions of this work simultaneously. For the regeneration of my spirit, the salvation of my soul, and the deliverance of my body are not three separate projects to be completed sequentially.
They are three simultaneous expressions of the one comprehensive redemptive work of Jesus Christ, applied by You to every dimension of my being at the same time, with the same power, through the same finished work, and toward the same destination of a whole person, spirit, soul, and body, fully redeemed, fully restored, and fully walking in the freedom that was purchased at Calvary.
I ask You for one more thing, Father. Something I need alongside every declaration and every prayer. I ask for genuine, daily, moment-by-moment grace. Not the grace that excuses sin but the grace that empowers obedience.
Not the grace that makes falling comfortable but the grace that makes rising possible. The grace that meets me in the moment of urge with something stronger than the urge. The grace that meets me in the moment of failure with something more powerful than condemnation.
The grace that meets me in the moment of discouragement with something more sustaining than the lie that freedom is not possible for me. That grace. The grace that is sufficient for every weakness. The grace that is made perfect in weakness. That grace is what I need alongside every spiritual truth declared in this content. And I receive it right now from the One who gives generously to all without finding fault.
I seal this prayer and this entire body of freedom content with the blood of Jesus Christ. Let the blood seal the regeneration of my spirit and maintain it against every attempt of darkness to reclaim the ground that has been taken. Let the blood seal the salvation of my soul and protect it against every deceptive thought pattern, every corrupted memory, and every false identity the enemy attempts to reinstall. And let the blood seal the deliverance of my body and guard it against every physical impulse, every neural habit, and every dark energy that attempts to re-establish its hold on the temple of the Holy Spirit.
I seal this prayer with the fire of the Holy Spirit. Let it burn in my spirit as a perpetual, never-diminishing, ever-intensifying reality that makes me increasingly sensitive to God and decreasingly sensitive to the flesh. Let it burn in my soul as a purifying, clarifying, identity-restoring fire that consumes every false thing and leaves only what is true, holy, and aligned with the purposes of God. And let it burn in my body as a consecrating, sanctifying, temple-purifying fire that makes every cell, every neuron, and every fiber of my physical being resonate with the indwelling presence of the Spirit of the living God.
And I seal this prayer with the Word of the living God. The Word that declares the anointing shall break the yoke. The Word that declares by His stripes I am healed. The Word that declares no one will snatch me out of the hand of Jesus Christ. The Word that declares greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world.
The Word that declares there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. The Word that declares if the Son sets you free you will be free indeed. Let that Word be the final, governing, unshakeable reality over my spirit, my soul, and my body.
Let it be so over my regeneration, my salvation, and my deliverance, over this addiction, this battle, and this journey toward freedom.
Because Your Word does not return void. It accomplishes what God sent it to accomplish. And He sent it to accomplish freedom. Complete, genuine, lasting, spirit-soul-and-body freedom for every person who receives it by faith and walks it out in the grace and the power of the Holy Spirit.
To You Father, the gracious, merciful, compassionate, and forgiving God who invested immeasurably in my redemption through Your Son. To You Lord Jesus Christ, whose broken body delivered me from myself and whose shed blood purchased me completely for the glory of God.
To You Holy Spirit, who makes the finished work of Christ experientially real in the spirit, soul, and body of every person who yields genuinely to Your sovereign, patient, thorough, and irresistible work. Be all glory. Be all honor. Be all worship. Be all majesty. Be all dominion. Be all praise. Now and throughout all eternity.
My spirit is regenerated. My soul is being saved. My body is being delivered. The work is real. The God doing it is faithful. And the finished work of Jesus Christ is sufficient for every dimension of what needs to be done.
