For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body, and in Christ, you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority (Colossians 2:9).
Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory (Colossians 3:1-4).
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:6-7).
For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin— because anyone who has died has been set free from sin (Romans 6:5-7).
But now you have new life because of Jesus Christ our Lord. You are living this new life for God.
Through these He has given us His very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine mature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires (2 Peter 1:4).
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God (John 1:12-13).
For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God (1 Peter 1:23).
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own (1 Corinthians 6:19).
Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said, “The two will become one flesh.” But whoever is united with the Lord is one with Him in spirit (1 Corinthians 6:16-17).
Prayer About Dying And Resurrecting In Glory With Christ
Father God, I enter Your divine presence at this moment in the supreme authority, power, and dominion of the name of Jesus — the name which is above all names.
And I humbly present myself before You under the leading of the Holy Spirit through the redemption the blood of Jesus has provided me on the cross, which gives me full access to Your throne room, which is the very center of all authority, power, dominion, and majesty Lord God.
Since I have the merit of Your beloved Son covering me being Your own merit through His atonement which is sufficient; therefore, I have full confidence and assurance that You’re attentively listening to my request as a loving, caring, merciful, and gracious Father.
I exalt Your holy name for that decisive victory that You have bestowed upon me over Satan, the world, and the flesh through Christ Jesus by the power of Your Spirit.
I acknowledge that Jesus Christ came primarily to bring glory and honor to You by destroying the devil’s works and everything that gave him legal right to operate and dominate my life indefinitely, so that I could become all Yours again.
Lord God, Jesus came to set the captives free from every form of enslavement by every drop of His precious blood that was shed through His body that was broken and pierced on the cross in order to unleash without limit Your redeeming and saving power.
The marvelous news is that the victory Jesus won on the cross was mine. Through Him, I am more than conqueror. I thank You for that.
It’s Your will that I tap into Your power unto salvation lying within by taking complete advantage of it in order for me to become the person You created me to be for Your glory
Father God, to demonstrate Your own love for me, Christ died for me while I was still a sinner. Moreover, when I was dead in my sins and in the uncircumcision of my flesh, You made me alive with Christ.
Jesus is Your own love for me.
I lay a hold on the powerful truth that the spiritual essence and significance of the sacrificial death of Jesus isn’t limited by time, space, and matter.
Therefore, His complete union with me enables me to partake in what happened to Him over 2,000 years ago, so that I may live in Him by the power of God.
I stand on the spiritual truth that my body of sin loaded with sinful intents died with Jesus’ body on the cross.
Father God, I stand on the union between Christ Jesus and me found in Your Word, which is the only means by which I can tap into the liberating power found within His atonement.
- I accept the truth that I was crucified with Jesus on the cross.
- You judged me and my sinfulness in Him.
- I died to sin in Him when He experienced the final sting of sin which was death.
- I was later buried with Him.
- I was then resurrected to a new life in Him.
- I ascended into heaven through Him.
- I’m now seated with You God Almighty on Your throne of glory through Christ Jesus in the heavenly realms.
You have integrated me in Your own divinity by making me One with You in spirit.
I have Your divine nature in me, the very substance that makes You whom You are as the supreme God of the universe.
I am born of God, which allows me to put on Your divine nature, so that I can assimilate Your divine presence and power.
Your divine nature in me allows me to become a conductor of Your presence and power that will empower me to resist and overcome fleshly desires.
Lord God, I have Your divine fabric in me being the substance of victory over sin.
I am regenerated in Your image and likeness by the power of Your Spirit through the rebirth of my spirit.
I can now enjoy Your glory Lord God that I fell short from due to my sinfulness.
I acknowledge that my crucifixion with Jesus has delivered me from my carnal, so that He can live in me.
My death and burial with Him has delivered me from the power of sin, so that I may become Your righteousness.
My resurrection, ascension, and glorification in Jesus has sealed my victory over (Satan, the world, and the flesh), so that I may be seated with You in Him on Your throne of grace.
Father God, the thing that’s so amazing about the salvation You’ve provided me in Christ is that whenever someone comes to Him, You seize that person by force with Your mighty hand out of the claws of Satan.
Besides, You don’t need his permission to do so because You made the human race to be all Yours, not to live under his horrific dominion. And that person gets to become all Yours again.
So by faith in the finished work of Jesus, I lay a hold on that great victory that He has won over Satan on the cross and his ministry of theft, death, and destruction.
I humbly accept and receive the truth of my holy and righteous condition and standing in Jesus before You through my complete union with Him.
I acknowledge that in order for You to have raised me as a new creation in You for Your glory, death in Christ was the only solution to my sin problem.
You didn’t regenerate or try to remake my carnal self or my flesh. You had to put it to death in Christ Jesus, so that I may live.
My whole self ruled by the flesh had to be circumcised by Christ, the One that You’ve given authority over all people.
Lord God, I invoke the liberating and transforming power of that circumcision that put off my carnal self to cut away sinful habits.
Father God, I choose to put to death the urges, triggers, and cravings toward sin on Your altar.
I stand on whom I am in Christ Jesus as someone who has been crucified, dead, and resurrected with Him to a new life. I’m delivered from myself. I am a new person.
I’ve received the power of my crucifixion, death, and resurrection with my Savior and Lord Christ Jesus, which is the essence of my deliverance from the power of sin.
I pray that may that total victory bring into my life the genuine transformation You want to take place in me by transcending the fleshly challenges that I’m struggling with from my side of reality.
I pray that You empower me to walk into that victory day by day.
In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray.
Amen.
Prayer To Embrace Your Identity In God
Father of all glory, the Great Glory, Eternal Father, and gracious and merciful Father, You are in me, and I am in You also because my life is hidden with Jesus who is my life deep in You.
LORD God Almighty, You and I are One in spirit through Christ Jesus in perfect unity by Your Spirit who has bestowed upon me Your own life that is flowing limitlessly through Christ within the person You want me to be in my own regenerated spirit for Your glory.
I lay a hold of that divine unity and oneness, which enables Your eternal, invincible, and inexhaustible substance of being to flow in me.
Through that oneness, I have the divine principle and substance of eternity being God Almighty Himself empowering me to overcome the flesh, the world, and Satan.
I acknowledge that the eternal life that I have comes from You. Jesus Christ is the very means through whom I get access to it by receiving it by faith on the basis of His atonement.
The Holy Spirit is the One who releases into me, so that I may enjoy the blessings and riches found within.
After saving me, You Yourself seat me with You through Christ Jesus on Your right hand of Your throne of glory in heavenly places in the place of honor, authority, power, dominion, and majesty by the infinite power of the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, my regenerated spirit is now operating in the heavenly realms of the Absolute, Allness, Supremacy, Sovereignty, Eternity, and all Satisfaction being God Almighty Himself far beyond the natural realm, the mind, emotion, sensation, will, and the flesh.
This place where You seat me through Christ is infinitely above all evil principality, power, and dominion reigning over this wicked world system.
I now have the awesome privilege to operate in a dimension of spiritual authority, power, and dominion far above the world, the flesh, and the devil by living a holy and righteous life for Your glory.
I thank You for that undeserved privilege granted to me through Christ Jesus by your grace and mercy. I lay a hold on that colossal privilege in order to make it become meaningful, purposeful, and transformative in my life.
So I pray that You empower me to lead a life before You that reflects that awesome privilege.
Through the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, You sit on that same throne with Christ Jesus my Savior and Lord on Your right hand in my own spirit waiting to rule over every domain of my life.
Your desire is for Your indwelling presence to radically transform my life from the inside out.
By faith, I connect my whole life to that divine presence radiating Your glory in my spirit by subjecting my own soul to You. Within that presence dwells Your infinite authority and power.
I want to make Your divine presence become preeminent in my life by being consciously aware of it and by subjecting myself to You, Father God. I want that presence dwelling in my spirit to permeate both my soul and body.
I understand that true life is based solely on me remaining in You as the true Vine and You in me, so that I can receive Your rich provision for my spirit, soul, and body in order for me to bear fruits.
By faith, I receive all of Your divine nourishment, provision, and support for my life. I want Your greatness, glory, power, and dominion to engulf every aspect of my life, LORD God.
Quitting this vice has implanted into my mind a feeling of incompleteness by making me feel constantly that there’s something missing in my life, but I accept and receive the truth of Your Word declaring that through Christ, I’ve been brought to fullness.
In Him, I am a heavyweight individual with the Godhead present in my life within my spirit.
I am not some sheet of paper that any wind of temptation can blow away. I am strong in the Lord in the power of His might.
I’m not just anybody. The Holy Spirit dwelling into my regenerated spirit is releasing Your life in me, so I have the life of God Almighty flowing mightily in me. As Your life flows in me, Your personality, nature, and character are released in me as well.
Besides, I’m not some type of remote control toy in the hand of the enemy by which he can somehow play game with me.
I have You Father God with Christ Jesus reigning in my spirit.
I need to remind myself of that reality day and night. I need to think about it, believe it, meditate on it, cherish it, embrace it, and act in accordance with it.
I’m a child of the Most High God. I’ve been made a king and priest into the glorious Kingdom of God. I am declared holy and righteous through the merit of Jesus.
I’m not only made in the image of God; I am, in fact, the image of God through whom His glory can be reflected upon.
Through the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit, I have the very nature of God Almighty, the very imprint of His being and existence residing within me to empower me to escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. I have become a living extension of God.
I have the glory of God, which is His fullness, the manifestation of His holiness, righteousness, and all divine perfections, His divine reactions of His eternal substance of being, and the very embodiment of His divine presence and power in my life.
I have His divine vibrations and radiations, His waves of divine energy, His infinite furnace of consuming fire, His blazing rays of light, and His explosive bolt of lightnings of His being, the manifestation of His greatness and power burning and shining within me.
As a result, I am a living, vibrant, energetic, explosive, electrifying, radiant, luminous, fiery, and glorious type of being in the spirit.
I’ve become glorious not only because I was created in the image of God Almighty but mostly because I am born of God by His incorruptible seed.
Therefore, I have His seal, and promises, the embodiment of my destiny upon my life.
In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray.
Amen.
