We decree that every satanic agenda to keep the global church ignorant of her power, ignorant of her authority, ignorant of what surrounds her, ignorant of what covers her, and ignorant of what she activates when she prays and declares and recites Scripture is being dismantled by the light of God’s Word flooding the body of Christ across the earth. The ignorance is ending. The awakening is accelerating. And the church that the enemy has worked tirelessly to keep at a lower level of spiritual operation is rising to the full height of her God-given authority.<\/p>\n
We declare that the global church’s worship is a weapon. Every genuine, Spirit-filled, faith-activated expression of praise and worship rising from the global church to the throne of God is simultaneously a devastating force in the spirit realm against every dark power operating in the spiritual atmospheres over the territories where that worship is ascending. Worship and warfare are not separate activities for the global church. They are the same activity viewed from two different vantage points.<\/p>\n
We decree that the global church’s communion, her partaking of the body and blood of Jesus Christ, is the most powerful corporate spiritual warfare activity available to the body of Christ. Every time the global church takes communion in genuine faith, in genuine remembrance of what that body and blood accomplished, she is proclaiming the Lord’s death until He comes. And that proclamation is a declaration of total victory over every dark power that caused that death and was defeated by it.<\/p>\n
We declare that the global church is advancing and the kingdom of darkness is retreating. Not in every territory simultaneously and not without fierce resistance. But in the overall, eternal, ultimately certain trajectory of the mission of the church in the earth, the kingdom of God is advancing and the gates of hell are not prevailing. Jesus Christ declared it. History is confirming it. And the army of the Lord deployed on behalf of the global church is enforcing it in every realm of spiritual reality.<\/p>\n
We decree that every revival breaking out anywhere on earth, every genuine outpouring of the Holy Spirit, every mass turning to Jesus Christ, every supernatural healing campaign, every territory-shaking move of God connected to the global church, is accompanied by the full deployment of the army of heaven in that territory, overwhelming the dark forces attempting to resist or reverse the move of God with the same devastating, darkness-scattering, kingdom-advancing force demonstrated in every testimony in this content.<\/p>\n
We declare that the global church is an army herself. Not merely a community of worshippers. Not merely a social institution. Not merely a religious organization. An army. The militant, advancing, territory-possessing, darkness-confronting, stronghold-demolishing, captive-releasing, kingdom-advancing army of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth. And she is fighting alongside the angelic army of heaven with the combined force of the name of Jesus Christ, the blood of the Lamb, the Word of God, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit as her weapons.<\/p>\n
We decree that the global church will not be silenced. Not by persecution. Not by legislation. Not by cultural pressure. Not by spiritual opposition. Not by the combined strategies of every principality, every power, and every ruler of darkness in every realm of spiritual existence. She will not be silenced. For the One who commands the army that surrounds her is the same One who declared the gates of hell shall not prevail against her. And what He declares, no force in creation has the power to contradict.<\/p>\n
We declare that the families of the global church are under angelic protection. Every home where genuine prayer ascends. Every household where Scripture is recited. Every family where the blood of Jesus is applied. Every home where the name of Jesus is declared. These homes are covered by the protective dome of spiritual fire described in the testimony of the former agent of darkness. The angels are there. The fire is there. And the darkness cannot penetrate it.<\/p>\n
We decree that the children of the global church are guarded by the angels of God. Jesus declared that the angels of the little ones always behold the face of the Father in heaven. The children of the body of Christ are not unguarded. They are some of the most specifically, most personally, and most continuously guarded human beings on earth. The bright protective angels of God are standing between every dark assignment and every child connected to the global church.<\/p>\n
We declare that the financial provision needed for the global mission of the church is released by the hand of God that opens and satisfies the desires of every living thing. The global church’s mission is not resourced by the generosity of human donors alone. It is resourced by the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills, who holds the silver and the gold, and whose hand opens to satisfy and to supply every legitimate need of the mission He commissioned. The hand that covers the church also provides for her.<\/p>\n
We decree that the unity of the global church is being strengthened by the Spirit of God against every dark attempt to divide, to fracture, to pit believer against believer, congregation against congregation, denomination against denomination, and movement against movement. Jesus prayed that they may be one as He and the Father are one. That prayer was not prayed in vain. And the Spirit of God is working through the global church toward the unity that Jesus prayed for with the same tireless, sovereign, purpose-completing commitment that He brings to every other aspect of the Father’s will.<\/p>\n
We declare that the global church’s greatest days are ahead. Not behind her. Not confined to the book of Acts or the great revivals of previous generations. AHEAD. The church that the army of heaven is surrounding, that the blood of Jesus is covering, that the Holy Spirit is filling, that the hand of God is protecting, and that the name of Jesus Christ is authorizing is the church that will be present when the knowledge of the glory of the Lord covers the earth as the waters cover the sea. And she is advancing toward that destiny with the full backing of heaven.<\/p>\n
We decree that every generation of the global church, from the first-century believers who turned the world upside down to the last generation that will see the return of the King, is part of one continuous, unbroken, heaven-backed, blood-covered, Spirit-empowered, angel-guarded mission that the gates of hell have never prevailed against and never will. Every generation carries the baton. Every generation is surrounded by the same army. And every generation advances the same kingdom toward the same glorious, inevitable, eternally certain conclusion.<\/p>\n
We declare that the global church is not retreating from culture. She is not withdrawing from engagement. She is not conceding territories to darkness. She is advancing. Advancing in prayer. Advancing in declaration. Advancing in territorial possession. Advancing in the proclamation of the gospel. Advancing in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power. Advancing in the love that conquers what force cannot reach. And advancing under the covering of the most powerful, most feared, most darkness-devastating army in all of creation.<\/p>\n
We decree that every prayer being prayed right now somewhere on earth by a member of the global church of Jesus Christ is heard, recorded, and acted upon by the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps. Every whispered prayer in a hospital room. Every desperate cry in a season of persecution. Every bold declaration in a prayer gathering. Every quiet intercession in the night watch. Every recitation of Scripture in a moment of spiritual battle. Every one of them is heard. Every one of them activates heaven. And every one of them is contributing to the combined, accumulated, ever-growing, unstoppable force of the global church’s prayer that is shaking the kingdom of darkness to its foundations.<\/p>\n

We decree that the global church is retroactively reclaiming the spiritual ground lost through seasons of passivity, compromise, and spiritual ignorance. The Word of God is retroactive. We decree that Yahweh Nissi, the LORD our banner of victory, is the banner flying over the global church in every battle she fights. Yahweh Rapha, the LORD who heals, is restoring every wound this battle has produced. And Yahweh Shammah, the LORD who is there, is present in every location on earth where a member of the global church is fighting, praying, and advancing.<\/p>\n
We declare that the global church is bringing captives out of the marine kingdom, out of underground spiritual prisons, out of the glass cages of addiction and bondage, out of the altars of dark sacrifice, and out of every place of spiritual captivity through her sustained, faith-filled, authority-conscious, name-of-Jesus-releasing intercessory prayer. The hand of God descends into those dark places in response to the church’s prayers. The captives are being snatched out. And the dark kingdoms holding them are being shaken, collapsed, and left in destruction by the force of the hand that moved in response to the prayer.<\/p>\n
We decree that the global church is not fighting a defensive battle. She is fighting an offensive one. The church is the aggressor in this conflict, not the defender. It is the gates of hell that shall not prevail against her, not the gates of the church that shall not prevail against hell. The church is the one advancing. She has the mark. She has the armor. She has the commission. And she has the promise of the One who commanded the mission that He will be with her always, even to the end of the age.<\/p>\n
We decree that the global church is arising and shining because her light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon her. Darkness covers the earth and gross darkness the people. But the Lord arises over His church and His glory appears over her. And the nations will come to her light and kings to the brightness of her rising. The global church is not dimming. She is triumphant in every nation. Triumphant in every territory. Triumphant in every generation. Triumphant in every spiritual battle. Triumphant over every principality, every power, every ruler of darkness, every cosmic force, every marine kingdom, every underground dark realm, every satanic council, and every agent of the enemy in every dimension of spiritual reality. For the One who declared the gates of hell shall not prevail against her has never spoken a word that has not come to pass, is not coming to pass, and will not come to pass with the absolute, perfect, unshakeable, eternal certainty of the infinite, uncreated, all-power-by-nature God who IS the living Source of all things and who reigns over all things forever and ever and ever. But on the basis of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ alone, which remains the only sufficient ground upon which any human being, any congregation, any ministry, and any movement can approach the holy, consuming-fire God of all realms and expect to find grace, mercy, and the active intervention of heaven on their behalf.<\/p>\n
Father, I begin with worship. Holy Spirit, I ask You to take everything spoken over the global church through these declarations and drive it into the spirit realm with the full, sovereign, irresistible force of Your power. Let every declaration stand as a wall of divine words etched in fire over the global church. Let every truth received be sealed permanently into the spirits of every believer who encounters this content. Let every invocation of the army of heaven result in actual deployment. Father, I want to pray for the global church honestly. For she is not a triumphant, fully awakened, uniformly powerful body in every place. In many places she is struggling. In many places she is divided. In many places she has been weakened by compromise, by false teaching, by spiritual passivity, and by the sustained pressure of a culture that has been growing increasingly hostile to her message. In many places her members are genuinely suffering. Facing persecution, facing poverty, facing illness, facing addiction, facing broken families, facing the weight of battles that have lasted longer than they have strength to sustain. I bring all of that honestly before You. Not to diminish what these declarations affirm. But because You are a God of truth, and the most powerful prayers are those that hold both the reality of what Your Word declares and the honest reality of where Your people are in the journey of receiving it.<\/p>\n
Meet her there, Father. Meet the church in China gathering secretly in homes, wondering if this will be the night they are discovered. Send Your bright protective angels to stand at their gates. Meet the church in Nigeria burying her martyrs and wondering how long this season will last. Deploy Your flaming angelic knights around her gatherings. Meet the church in America wrestling with cultural compromise and spiritual distraction. Open her eyes to see the mountain full of horses and chariots of fire surrounding her so she can stop being conformed to this world and start being transformed by the renewing of her mind. Meet the church in Latin America pressing into revival with hunger and expectation. Release the full deployment of Your army to accompany every move of Your Spirit on that continent. Meet every member of every congregation in every nation who woke up this morning wondering if God sees them, if He hears them, if He is still active on their behalf. Let them feel the reality of what these declarations affirm. Let them know, not merely theologically but experientially, that they are surrounded by the army of the Lord.<\/p>\n
I pray specifically for the declarations made over the army of the Lord. For the testimonies received about the flaming angelic knights, the bright blinding angels, the protective dome of spiritual fire, the incredible flaming swords, the celestial eagles and lions, the tremendous four-and-six-winged guardians. Father, these testimonies came from those who saw Your army from the other side of the battle. They confirm what Your Word has always declared. And I ask You to make the reality of Your army more consciously present in the daily faith of the global church than it has ever been. Let the church live from the reality of what surrounds her. Let her pray with the boldness of one who knows that every declaration she releases activates the movement of heaven. Let her face every dark assignment with the confidence of Elisha who said do not fear for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.<\/p>\n
Let the Scriptures be recited, Father. Let Psalm 24 go forth from the mouths of the global church in the morning and let the innumerable angels connected to it descend. Let Psalm 57 be declared and let every nocturnal conspiracy against the people of God be destroyed before it can execute. Let Psalm 35 be spoken at midday and let the powerful dangerous robust angels connected to it confront every force operating against the church during the noon hours. Let Psalm 29 be released and let the angel warriors called the voice of God incite war in the second heaven, scatter every demon from their positions, and open clear passages through which the prayers of the global church ascend unhindered and the answers of God descend unobstructed. Let the church learn the mystery of Scripture recitation in spiritual battle. Let the content of what the enemy has tried to keep hidden from the people of God be made known throughout the global body of Christ.<\/p>\n
I seal this prayer and the entirety of all the spiritual warfare content built throughout this long and rich conversation, every declaration made from the very first word to this final prayer, with the three forces that stand above every other sealing force in all of creation.<\/p>\n
I seal everything with the BLOOD of the Lord Jesus Christ. The living, vibrant, blazing, fire-enveloped, electrically charged, infallible, inexhaustible, immutable, inflexible, invincible, and impenetrable blood that nothing in this world in any depth can face in combat. The blood that Belial confessed is the blood of the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. The blood that whirls around the believer like a mighty whirlpool. The blood that radiates heat like the rays of the sun. The blood that produces seismic waves that shake the foundations of the kingdom of Satan. The blood that contains devouring fire, blazing light, lightning, thunder, and an infinite electrical charge that no demonic spirit can approach without being devastated. Let that blood seal every word spoken, every truth received, every declaration released, every prayer offered, every territory claimed, every dark power addressed, and every believer covered through the entirety of this content.<\/p>\n
I seal everything with the FIRE of the Holy Spirit. The consuming, purifying, yoke-breaking, stronghold-demolishing, addiction-destroying, atmosphere-transforming, darkness-devastating fire of the eternal Spirit of God. The same fire that hovered over the waters at creation. The same fire that burned in Jeremiah’s bones. The same fire that fell at Pentecost. The army is surrounding her. The blood is covering her. The fire is burning over her. The Word is going forth from her. The hand is over her. The name is upon her. The Spirit is within her. And the God who declared the gates of hell shall not prevail against her has never spoken a word that has not come to pass.<\/p>\n
